Web Design, Production Services & Support for Next-Gen Design and Publishing Platform

Storied is a new system for code-free creation of interactive content for Sales and Marketing teams.

What You Need for this Position

Website Graphic Design (4+ years experience)
Adobe Creative Suite or Figma or other leading design tools
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
UX design working in Invision and/or Adobe XD a plus
Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 a plus
What You Will Be Doing

You will combine your web design and production services knowledge to create with your growing knowledge of how to use Storied, a next-gen design and website building system
You will create high-impact interactive content, based on original designs you create as well as designs created by our clients, where you will build the experience in Storied based on their design.
Employ industry and design and best practice through the website build process
Conduct website testing
Working time: 10 AM - 7 PM by Ukrainian time.

Production Services (40% of working time)

The candidate will be involved with providing production support to projects in Europe.

This is about implementing based on source design files (e.g., Adobe XD) and following the design or transforming source files into Storied system and then enhancing and amplifying the content.

The candidate needs to be design-minded and have great attention to detail, but does not need to be a designer. Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Figma a plus.

If there is a highly qualified candidate who could help us with design updates and template creation as well.

Design Services (40% of working time)

Design and implement original content to showcase Storied platform’s full capabilities, including reusable templates for presentations and landing pages.

Customer support (20%)

The person would be someone the European customers could contact with questions and be on the Support Helpdesk to handle tickets created during our USA night-time. Customer support might be 20% of this person's time.



Responsibilities:

Production services implementing designs in Storied for different European customers
Design services creating original designs in Storied
Track/report and may define program/campaign metrics/ goals/benchmarks
Assist with development of web templates
Track and reply to tickets in Helpdesk system


Requirements:

good design vision
excellent attention to detail
good communication skills
fluent English
understanding of principles for web content


Nice to have:

experience in creating selling content
experience in customer relations
basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 is a plus
UX design skills and knowledge of Adobe XD or Invision Studio.
